We have a 7-day refund policy for in-person & online live courses (such as training courses, workshops, seminars, or events), which means you have 7 days after purchasing your live course to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made at least 5 days before the live course starts.

Digital Products (excluding live courses)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on digital products (such as on-demand courses, audios, videos, memberships, e-books, etc.).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
